Irish Sun Interview

Well we are being rather spoilt this week! Jonathan gave another interview to the Irish Sun in which he talks about Dracula, which version he is basing his interpretation on, how he plans on playing him and why he’s not allowed to play music with his brothers

There’s something about me physically which makes me look just a little bit dangerous…

Everyone working on the set of the upcoming NBC/Sky series of the same name, which airs later this year, says the Cork native was born to play the role.

Everyone talks of how calm and focused he is on Dracula and how much he brings to the part.

Irish Daily Mail Interview

At the photocall at the Four Seasons Hotel in Budapest a few weeks ago Jonathan gave an interview to the Irish Daily Mail in which he talked about playing Dracula, what it’s like to be on set playing the most famous Vampire in history and why he thinks he is perfectly suited for the role

Yet more going back to the past in the interview *rolls eyes*. It’s a shame journalists can’t move on but I know Jonny has and so have we :]

‘Dracula is the ultimate monster,’ the actor says, speaking in the Four Seasons Hotel in Budapest, where the series is filming until July.

‘Can I be scary? I’m not quite sure I’m the person to answer that,’ he laughs. ‘I think I could be. I try to be as charming as possible, but everybody’s got their off days.’

Dracula given NBC website slot

We now have a website for Dracula! There isn’t much on it at the moment but in time (and hopefully in the not too distant future) there will be a lot of information regarding the release date, episode synopsis and perhaps even some stills and interviews once filming starts in Hungary next year.
